Shalandra Hollins
Shalandra became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. through the Exquisite EtaPhi Zeta chapter in 2013.
Shalandra is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on systemic work and whole person wellness. She owns a private practice in Raleigh, NC where she provides therapy for couples, families, and individuals. Shalandra also teaches at the graduate level, provides supervision for graduate student interns, practicum students in counseling programs and post-graduate, provisionally licensed therapists. She has a strong interest in Black women’s mental health, research on the Strong Black Woman Schema, and creating safer therapeutic spaces for women of color.
Shalandra is a member of Chi Sigma Iota Professional Counseling Honor Society and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She is also an AAMFT Clinical Fellow, the highest credentialed level of membership in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
