Prematurity Awareness Month
November is Prematurity Awareness Month, and it’s a time when the March of Dimes focuses the nation's attention on premature birth. November 17 marks World Prematurity Day, and the March of Dimes and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. asks everyone to help spread the word on the serious problem of preterm birth.  Get more information on premature births in North Carolina and other states.

March of Dimes’ March for Babies
March of Dimes has been walking since 1970 and has raised an incredible $2 billion to benefit all babies. When we walk in March for Babies, we give hope to the more than half a million babies born too soon each year. The money raised supports programs in our communities that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. And it funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies.  Walk Day is THE most visible day for March for Babies supporters and families. As a national March of Dimes partner, Zeta Phi Beta has been in the forefront of walking, volunteering and raising money for March of Dimes for many decades. In 2012, Zeta Phi Beta and its auxiliaries raised more than $258,000! Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is proud of the efforts of those who are passionate to have happy and healthy babies and chapters will be recognized for their fundraising effort

Partnership with the Rogers-Eubanks Neighborhood Association

Eta Phi Zeta Chapter is proud to support the Rogers-Eubanks Neighborhood Association-RENA to provide school supplies for children heading back to school each year in Orange County. Chapter members have also provided holiday presents and snacks for the organization's Valentine Day Celebration
